Return conditions for companies (B2B)
I. Scope of application
As a matter of principle, we only take back ordered and already dispatched goods as a gesture of goodwill.
A return is not guaranteed in all cases
Please request a return with us prior to despatching the goods.
The following conditions apply to the return of goods as a gesture of goodwill:
II. Kind of goods
Only standard stock items will be taken back.
Customised products and special orders are excluded from returns.
III. Condition of goods
Only goods in proper, saleable condition and in complete, undamaged packaging can be returned.
IV. Return period
Returns (goods received on site) will only be accepted within 3 months of the invoice date.
V. Refund
Upon return of the goods, the customer shall receive a refund in the amount of the value of the goods, less a restocking fee, after receipt of the goods and appropriate verification.
We are entitled to offset future purchases or orders with reimbursement amounts without restriction.
VI. Shipping costs
The customer shall bear the costs for the return shipment.
VII. Restocking fee
The restocking fee is a flat rate of 15% of the value of the returned goods per item, but at least € 15.00 for low-value goods, unless a different value is agreed on the occasion of the return.
