Advantages of turnover with eXtra4
Customer loyalty rewards eXtra4 with cost advantages for support. The Support-Bonus-System guarantees all participants the remuneration of sales of hardware and inhouse software from the range of eXtra4 Labelling Systems with support units. They are already included in the product price as bonus points.So as soon as you buy label printers, barcode scanners as well as software licenses from us you will receive bonus support units. If required, you can redeem these free of charge as support times.

Acquisition of Support-Bonus-Points
We grant a fixed contingent of support units as bonus points for all hardware and software sales made with eXtra4 Labelling Systems.Bonus points are credited immediately after the purchase. For this purpose, we automatically create a Support Ticket Account for the customer when the eXtra4 hardware or software is purchased for the first time.
As confirmation, you will receive your ticket number from us. This means that you will be personally served in the event of a support case and can monitor your support credit.

Support times at eXtra4 are billed in units of 1/10th of an hour (6 minutes) for the price of € 8,75. With a Support-Bonus-Point you purchase 6 free minutes of support, which you can use at any time. Costs and terms for support services
Support effort under control
Support times at eXtra4 are billed in units of 1/10th of an hour (6 minutes) each. A Support-Ticket includes 10 support units of 6 minutes each. With a support ticket you can purchase one hour of support for € 87, 50.Support, which arises due to errors in software and hardware purchased from us, is free of charge.

Billing of support services
The accrued time units of the support will first be offset against the credit on the support account. If the support credit is not sufficient to cover the support costs, the non-secured expenses will be charged via invoice.
